- Creating and managing a call center team. Searching for new employees. Optimization of operators' work. Creation of documentation and scripts for additional sales.
- Organization of incoming/outgoing customer support lines from scratch, processing reservations from the site.
- Service of chats, corporate mail, and communication with clients on social. networks. Serving 30 clubs "CUBE" in Ukraine and CIS countries.
- Solving conflicts with clients and communicating with foreign clients in English.
- Drawing up reports on the functionality of the site. Optimization and updating of information on the page. Testing new site functions and finding bugs.
- Control, and communication with club's Administrators. Control logistics gift certificates.
