Project description:
The platform contains information about both the
details of the current lease (location, landlord, his
contacts, agent, cost, additional equipment, escalation,
other financial data, etc.), and about previous leases;
Platform allows you to find and sort the necessary
information, display it in a table and upload it in the
form of a report, issue invoices using integration with
XERO, as well as upload data in csv format to the system
(bulk uploading of lease data, sites, landlords), also
calculates all financial information by cost and lease
escalation for each of the years of the lease, allows you
to calculate agent payments.
Superadmin is endowed with advanced options for
settings, users, data types, etc.
The project has not yet been released, it is currently in
the Q&A phase
