The main task was to create a convenient application aiming to make the recycling process easier. To better understand the problems involved, I conducted quantitative and qualitative research (both survey and interviews). Afterward, I created a CJM map based on JTBD. Also, I prioritized functions with the Kano model. After the user flow was created, I worked on a prototype and tested it on users (several iterations were done). Finally, all the information was used to create the user interface.
