I have an experience of working for the huge network of hostels throughout Ukrainian. That one called “Dream Hostel Kyiv”.
My duties included:
- Meeting guests (especially foreigners)
- Helping them with every issue
- Answering the phone
- Conducting transactions
- Providing guests with a comfortable stay in the hostel
