I was engaged in the testing of CRM project.
- Designing, writing and performing manual tests and autotests;
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans
and test cases;
- Suggesting solutions to identified product problems;
- Investigating product quality in order to make improvements to
achieve better customer satisfaction;
- Planning, creating and managing the overall Quality Planning
strategy;
- Collaborating with the Product Development team to ensure
consistent project execution;
- Communication with developers, BA;
- Creating and running autotests using Cypress;
- Identifying quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest
actions for improvement.
