- building wireframes according to the foreign customer's requirements (Adobe XD, Draw IO, Figma);
- conversation with a foreign client and collect the first requirements to create MindMap;
- writing acceptance criteria for project modules ;
- creating requirements for the project;
- creating a design on WIX;
- control of all reports sent for the day, on all projects of other mangers
- simultaneous leading of 5-6 projects, at different stages (prototyping, requirements creation, task development). The maximum number of projects I've been on as a manager is 10 (Including out staff projects where I was the account manager);
- planning and ensuring the scope of tasks for developers per sprint;
- preparation and maintenance of project documentation (Requirements);
- analysis of requirements with the foreign customer;
- creation of wireframes;
- managing daily projects updates and tasks re-prioritization within the current team availability;
- communication with foreign customers, stand-ups, and status meetings with the team;
- managing out staff department of the company ( 8 people)

Accomplishments:
- Managed 5-6 projects at a time over a period of months, with no customer complaints;
- coordinated the work of the out staff development department from scratch;
