If you have a PayID, people will be able to transfer money to you instantly, as in most cases transfers arrive in users’ accounts within 60 seconds or less. This unique identifier can be used by both personal and business users. The PayID is linked to a customer’s NAB transaction account and can be an email address, phone number or ABN. If a user wishes to change, extend, block or even close their PayID, they should use NAB Internet Banking on any available web browser.
