This work will be for a web design and development company. Long term engagement, plenty of projects in the upcoming months.

I need an WordPress theme customization expert (individual or team) who can quickly:

- implement designs provided by a designer
- modify a premade website to meet client requirements
- create a custom design using Divi visual editor, etc. (design skills are required)

Knowledge of HTML (semantic markup), CSS, and JS is required. All sites will need to be responsive, so fixing responsive issues will be necessary.

No programming will be required (our web developers can handle that). You will probably need to handle basic plugin configurations, however.

TIME LIMITS:

Our first 50 clients will be very small companies, so we need to produce websites economically. Thus, we need to set time limits for the various projects we will handle:

2-4 hours / $50
- for single page / landing pages using a premade site or visual editor

8-10 hours / $150-$200
- for basic websites (home, product/service page, blog, about, contact) using a premade site or visual editor

8-16 hours / $200+
- custom website design (no Photoshop, no Figma, etc. - just do the work directly in WordPress/Divi

You must have a lot of Divi experience for this role. Photoshop skills are also required in order to edit various images required for a website (e.g. crop, resize, isolate, stylize, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS WHEN APPLYING:

1. Provide screenshots of your best web design work (preferably in Divi) in a single Dropbox or Google Drive folder.

2. Let me know if you're an individual or a team. If a team, tell me the size of your team and specialties of your team members.

3. Let me know what your estimated time is for completing the basic websites described above (remember, we will be customizing pre-made websites or using Divi's visual editor; no Photoshop, etc.).

4. Some of the work may involve adult websites (about 5%). Are you comfortable with that?
