The goal of the project was to build a seamless, transparent, and flexible payments and billing logic within the CRM system Bitrix24, ensuring synchronized transfer of relevant data to an ERP system (1Bit). The focus was on automating complex payment plans, reducing manual errors, and ensuring consistent financial data across multiple systems.

The project included integrating lead sources, implementing an intelligent lead management system, and capturing incoming customer inquiries centrally in the CRM, structuring them, and transferring them into automated sales processes.
