When the war in Ukraine began, there were many saboteurs. Checkpoints were organized. There were lists with the numbers of saboteurs' cars, but it took a long time to check them manually each time. So I decided to create a bot that would do it myself.

You can send a car number to the bot or just send him a photo of that number. The bot will check it and say whether it is a saboteur or not.

In the project I used Telegram API, SQL for keep car numbers in database and OpenCV for read car number from photo.
