Create a web service interface for searching, selecting, and online booking a visit to a beauty salon.
Competitors and personas were analyzed and an MVP was compiled. Developed: a site map, prototypes, design system, mobile version. User flow for the salon, the master and the client.
Three user floos were developed, for the client, the beauty salon and the craftsman.
The client can make an online appointment, get acquainted with the masters in advance, choose services, call or write to the salon or the masters.
The beauty salon/master can keep customer records, edit records, add and edit services.
The work was in a team with other designers.
