Should be working independently. That is, the person should not be connected to any company or institution. Must be located in Kiev and ready to meet face to face regarding the task.

PHP (As much as to manage WordPress based websites)
HTML
(Basic) Photoshop
(Basic) Server Management – General Info
General Knowlede of SEO & SMM

Language:
Russian and a basic English is enough.

Task Description:
The person is required to prepare WordPress based website(s). These websites might have registration and/or membership feaures for potential clients.

Experience:
The person does not have to have long term experience. We are not searching for someone who is "high class", VIP and Luxury.
1 or maximum 2 years of experience will be ok.
