Correction of errors in software:

1. Change required fields to optional in an existingonline form.
2. Change the language rule of the online form when transferring it to pdf format.

Currently there is a choice the e-form to be shown in on three languages, but no matter what language is selected, when the form is automattically saved and  transferred to pdf format, all names if the fields are saved on the default language of the form (Russion).

The fileds are always filled in on Latin characters, regardless the choosen language of the form.
