Nooki Club is an international platform for fractional real estate investment, allowing users to purchase property shares in locations like Cyprus, the USA, and Georgia for as little as $15. The client needed a comprehensive Instagram presence that would bridge the gap between "exclusive high-end investing" and "accessible financial tools."
✅ The Challenge:
Real estate investment is often perceived as complex, high-risk, and reserved for millionaires. My task was to create a visual system that deconstructs these myths. The goal was to build a professional, authoritative, and educational hub that guides users from curiosity to their first $15 investment.
✅ The Process:
I developed a modular design system for dozens of content types: regional property showcases, "How-to" guides, and risk-management tips. To reflect the brand’s global reach, I used high-quality architectural photography integrated with dark-themed UI elements (glassmorphism and clean cards).
The color palette — deep navy and emerald green — was strategically chosen to symbolize stability and wealth. Each slide was engineered for maximum readability, utilizing a clear typographic hierarchy and structured infographics. This approach ensures that even complex financial data, like ROI and passive income streams, is easily digestible for a mobile audience.
