• Leading HR and case interviews with the internal candidates
• Working autonomously with a client account being in charge of a full recruitment cycle (sourcing / pre-screening interview / moving through the process / job offer)
• Being in charge of a market research, recruitment pipeline, sourcing strategy and data presentation for a client
• Establishing HR processes in a startup (KPI, OKR, motivation and benefits program, satisfaction survey among the employees, process automatisation)
• Client profiles: booking.com, TikTok, Accenture, Travix, MICompany, Spilberg, Stripe
