Job Summary:
Code Harbor’s looking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for lead generation and sales processes. Our ideal sales manager has knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation and writing of sales. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone who wants to build a career in IT sales.
Preferred Requirements
Fundamentals:
-Experience in IT sales would be a plus
-Experience in CRM management
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong analytical skills
-Ability to work independently with routine work
English: Upper Intermediate/Advanced (B2-C1+)
Extra credit:
-University Degree in Marketing, Management or Business-oriented Degree
-Experience in Lead Generation
Duties and responsibilities:
-Writing sales letters (cold emails, communication with leads)
-Leadgen management. Contacts DataBase validation, identifying potential customers and their needs
-CRM management and email campaigns setup with accuracy
-Understanding of sales process, our ideal customers and how they could benefit from our services
-Tracking sales KPIs and meeting them, reporting results as necessary to Sales Advisor and/or CEO
-Executing miscellaneous tasks related to Sales & Marketing from the management team
-Ad campaigns management (Google Ads, Facebook)
-Personal development as an experienced specialist and leader
