The goal of the project was to create transparency regarding sold item positions in order to optimize production planning in the kitchen and delivery disposition. The data was stored in the SmallInvoice accounting system and needed to be structured and made available in Abacus AbaNinja for reporting and planning purposes.
Analysis of functional requirements and data structures

Implementation of startup and background processes to ensure stable execution of data transfers

Result: Automated data flow for analysis of sold items, improved production planning, and support in creating more efficient delivery schedules.
