Worked on improving organic visibility for a project in the Polish market within a highly competitive niche.

At the start, the project had very limited search visibility: most target keywords were outside the TOP 100, while only a few queries appeared around TOP 30–50.

Project scope included:
• competitor and market analysis;
• development of an SEO growth strategy for Poland GEO;
• gradual authority building;
• anchor profile planning;
• ongoing keyword tracking and performance analysis;
• strategy adjustments based on ranking dynamics.

Results after 5 weeks:
All 81 target keywords entered tracking with real positions. The strongest keywords reached TOP 11, while most queries stabilized within the TOP 13–25 range.

The project moved from almost no visibility to stable search growth across the full keyword set, showing that the strategy started working systematically rather than producing a short-term spike.
